4. Saving of Act 33 of 1962.
- Nothing in these rules shall affect the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act, 1962 (33 of 1962) and the rules made thereunder in respect of licensing relating to atomic minerals listed in Part B of the First Schedule to the Act.
