Section 4(i) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Rules, 2006
(i)If on an inspection of any place, premises or records maintained by any person, the assessing officer comes to the conclusion that such person is indulging in unauthorized use of electricity, the distribution licensee may disconnect supply of electricity to such person.
