Section 25(3) in The Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1963
(3)The term of office of members of the Board other than ex-officio members shall be three years :Provided that the member of the Board elected under item (ix) of sub-section (1) shall cease to hold office as such member if he ceases to be a member of the Legislative Assembly.
