Section 95 in The Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Rules
95. Obligatory cancellation of registration.
- The Registrar shall cancel the registration of a society under sub-section (2)(i) and (ii) of Section 65 which-(i)has not commenced working within a period of twelve months from the date of registration ; and(ii)has not carried on business during the previous eighteen months ; after giving the society a notice in writing in such manner as he thinks fit.
