(6)The remuneration payable to, and the other conditions of service of the Vice-Chancellor shall be determined by the Chancellor :Provided that the emoluments and other conditions of the service shall not be varied to the disadvantage of the Vice-Chancellor during his tenure as Vice-Chancellor.
