Section 20 in Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961
20. Maintaining schedule of establishment.
- The Board shall prepare and maintain a schedule of establishment before the 1st of May of every year, showing the number, designations and grades of the officers and servants (other than the employees who are paid by the day or whose pay is charged to temporary work), whom it considers necessary and proper to employ for the purposes of this Act, and also the amount and the nature of the salary, fees and allowances to be paid to each such officer or servant, contributions payable under section 150 in respect of each officer and servant, as on the 1st of April of the same year.
