MA 3806/2018 - JT MA seeking joining together in a single petition is allowed.OA 3806/2018
2. The applicants through the medium of this OA, filed under section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, have prayed for the following reliefs :
"8.1 Direct the respondents to quash and set aside the impugned Result Notice at Annexure A-1 and Annexure A-2 respectively, be setting aside the final result and as a consequence, direct the respondents to adopt the original selection criteria, consisting of 200 marks of Written Examination and 30 marks of PET and thereafter, 4 undertake the exercise of redrawing the final merit list in accordance thereof and in case the applicants find place in that merit list, the respondents be directed to consider them for appointment as Fire Operator; and 8.2 Direct the respondents to draw a reserve panel/waiting list up to the extent of 10% cut of the posts notified."
3. It is stated that the applicants have not been selected for the post of Fire Operator (Post Code 71/2014) in Delhi Fire Service (DFS) by Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB). Their grievance is that the eligibility criteria have been altered by DSSSB during the course of the selection process.
4. The controversy involved in this OA is identical to that in OA No. 4149/2017 & OA No. 4182/2017, and both these OAs have been dismissed vide order dated 04.09.2018.
5. Heard Mr. J.S. Mann, learned counsel for applicants.
6. Considering the fact that issues involved in this OA are squarely covered by the order of the Tribunal's direction passed in aforementioned OA No. 4149/2017 titled Lokesh Kumar & Ors. vs. Govt. of NCT Delhi on 04.09.2018, this OA is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in Lokesh Kumar (supra). No costs.
