Section 682 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
682. Compensation for damage may be paid by the Commissioner.
- In any case not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, the Commissioner may, with the previous approval of the Standing Committee, pay compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested by this Act in the Commissioner, Corporation officer or employee.
