The report as aforesaid is explicit wherein the bank has stated to contemplate on the necessary steps to be taken since the rate of interest considered had been lesser to the general rate to have been afforded in other cases.
The Registrar, Original Side is to intimate the concerned official of the State Bank of India to depute a responsible officer of the State Bank of India to be present before the Court on the next date of hearing along with a final statement with regard to the exact rate of interest payable.
Next date be fixed on 13th May, 2026.
