Section 3(5) in Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University Act, 1985
(5)No institution affiliated to, or associated with or recognised or maintained by, any other University in the State shall be affiliated it or associated with or recognised by the University for any purpose, except with the prior approval of the Government and the concerned University and the management of the institution concerned.
