ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel submitted that there is no appeal received from the petitioner. However, in the typed set of papers, some papers have been enclosed indicating the said receipts.
2. Without going further into the issue, this Court permits the petitioner to resubmit the appeal papers within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereupon, the first respondent will entertain the same, without further reference to limitation.
