(a)No woman or young person shall be permitted to lift, carry or move without mechanical aid any material, articles, tool or appliances exceeding the maximum limit in weight set out in the schedule to these rules.(b)No woman or young person shall engage, in conjunction with others in lifting, carrying or moving any material, articles, tool or appliance, if the weight thereof exceeds the lowest weight fixed by the schedule for any if the persons engaged, multiplied by the number of the persons engaged :
