1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Bhumigat Pipeline, Cable Evam Duct (Bhumi Ki Upyokta Ke Adhikaron Ka Arjan) Adhiniyam, 2012.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh but nothing contained in this Act shall apply to areas of reserved or protected forest under the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (XVI of 1927).(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
