26. Other Officers and Authorities of the University.
- The powers, duties and functions of officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Finance Controller and the Registrar shall be such as may prescribed and laid down in the Ordinances.All salaried officers, authorities, committees or bodies, teachers of the university and other staff/employees of the university, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Indian Penal Code.
