Section 12(4) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971
(4)All bye-laws, until modified or repealed, relating to any matter to which this Act relates and which were in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been made under this Act.
