Section 18(1) in Andhra Pradesh Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order published in the Official Gazette make provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
