13. Preparation of list of voters.
- The Electoral Rolls containing the list of voters shall be prepared in accordance with the rules of the Bar Council of India. The voter list shall also indicate the place of particular voter or voters would be able to cast his/their vote at the nearest polling booth.[13A.
