Section 30(2) in Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board Act, 2006
(2)Any person who acts in contravention of this section shall on conviction be punishable, -(a)in the case of a first offence with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months and with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees; and(b)in the case of a second or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, but which shall not be less than three months and with fine which shall not be less than two thousand rupees, but which may extend to five thousand rupees.
