Learned counsel for the appellants-Mr. Parag Rastogi submitted that the present appeals which have been filed against the order passed by the Additional District Judge No.2, Kota, deciding the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 6(6) of the National Highways Act, 1956, may be permitted to be withdrawn as (Downloaded on 15/09/2021 at 09:14:50 PM) (15 of 15) [CMA-1122/2020] appellants intend to complete the work of construction of road i.e. Northern Kota Byepass.
This Court, accordingly, accept the applications filed by the appellants and the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
