129. Right of accused to copy of proceedings and sentence.—
Every person tried by a court-martial and convicted shall be entitled on demand to one copy of the proceedings and sentence of such court-martial free of cost but no such demand shall be allowed after the lapse of one year from the date of the final decision of such court.Rules as to evidence
