Prayer: 
	Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to admit the petitioner for 1st year MBBS Course for the academic  year 2004-2005 under the Open category by following the 50% rule of reservation as per the order of the Honourable Supreme  Court to enable the petitioner to get admitted to a respective Government College in the order of merit as available to the petitioner.
