Section 14 in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
14. Shares Not to Be Hypothecated to the Multi-State Co-Operative Society.
- The shares of a multi-State co-operative society shall not be hypothecated to that society by its members as security for a loan.
