Section 273 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
273. Inspection of dairies and domestic cattle.
- Any officer of the Council when so authorised by the Council shall have the power to inspect dairies and the milch cattle so as to ensure that proper sanitary arrangements are made-(a)for securing the purity of milk;(b)for the health and good condition of the milch cattle;(c)for cleanliness of milk vessels used therein; and(d)for protection of milk against infection Or contamination.
