Section 77(1) in The Bihar Primary and Middle Education Rules, 1961
(1)The Secretary shall convene ordinary meetings of the Planning Committee with the approval of the President and shall ensure that the notice of such meeting alongwith the agenda is issued to all members at least seven days before the meeting.
