3 24-07-2023In the supplementary counter-affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that due to the technical malfunction in the MIS (Management Information System) payments due to the petitioners could not be made and the authorities are taking necessary steps to pay the same and to that effect they have already addressed the letter to the District Magistrate, Saharsa vide Letter No. 134-1 dated 18.07.2023.
Learned counsel for the respondents requests 8 weeks time to complete the payments.
