This petition was filed challenging the oral termination order dated 17.06.1999 whereby services of the petitioner were terminated from the post of Generator Operator on which he had worked for about 1-1/2 months.
There is no interim order staying the operation of the alleged termination order.
This petition was filed in the year 2000. More than 18 years have passed. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter and that appears to be reason why no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition.
By efflux of time the petition appears to have become infructuous.
Dismissed accordingly.
