Section 7(a) in Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Affiliation of Pharmacy Colleges) Statutes
(a)The proposed pharmacy college shall own a minimum of 20 acres (twenty acres) of land if it is to be located in an urban agglomeration or 30 acres (thirty acres) if it is to be located in other area.
