Section 234(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(1)All the installations, pipelines and safety system installed shall be examined daily by competent person authorised for the purpose and the results of all such examinations shall be recorded in bound paged book kept for the purpose duly signed by the competent person and countersigned by assistant manager-in-charge of methane exploration or extraction operations and manager.
