(2)Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (1) may within ninety days from the date of publication of the order in the official Gazette, appeal to the [Karnataka Appellate Tribunal] [Substituted by Act 10 of 1989 w.e.f. 16.3.1989.] and its decision thereon shall be final.
