Section 13(3)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules

(b)Every such appointment shall be made in Form 12 in duplicate, one copy of which shall be forwarded to the Election Officer while the other copy shall be made over to the counting agent for production before the Election Officer not later than one hour before the time fixed for counting.
