Section 20(4) in Himachal Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1969
(4)The employer of every establishment shall keep a photograph of each employee who has completed three months' continuous service in the establishment:Provided that where such employee fails to supply such photograph to the employer within fifteen days of the completion of such service, his failure so to do shall he recorded by the employer under the signature of the employee.
