Section 78A(iii) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(iii)after the constitution of the Municipal Corporation of Howrah under the Howrah Municipal Act, 1965, in respect of the area included in Howrah as defined in the said Act, the Municipal Corporation of Howrah; and
