1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant - M/s Khadim India Limited under Section 35G of the Central Excise Act, 1944 challenging the impugned order dated 12th April, 2024, read with the rectified order dated 7th October, 2024 passed by CESTAT.
3. On 16th January, 2025, this Court had issued notice in the matter and had granted time to the Respondent to file the counter affidavit. The matter was thus listed before the Joint Registrar for completion of pleadings.
4. On 8th September, 2025, the matter was listed before the Joint Registrar and the Joint Registrar had given a last and final opportunity of two weeks to file the counter affidavit, subject to payment of cost of Rs 2,000/-.
