Section 227(2)(iii) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992

(iii)If the amount at which claim is valued exceeds twenty thousand rupees, for every one thousand rupees, or part thereof in excess of twenty thousand rupees, upto thirty thousand, Forty fiver rupees.
