Section 32(b) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(b)caution deposit, which shall be refundable to students, scholars and fellows at the time of finally leaving the Institute, after deduction of relevant dues, if any and where no claim for a refund is received within two years of finally leaving the Institute, the caution money shall be credited into the Student Welfare Fund;
