Section 3(2) in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1950
(2)The Chancellor may in his discretion extend from time to time the period of office specified in sub-section (i), of the members of all or any of the said Authorities:Provided that the aggregate of any such extention shall not exceed one year.
