Section 13 in GUJARAT CARRIAGE OF GOODS TAXATION ACT, 1962
13. Payment of tax assessed :-
The amount of tax assessed and remaining unpaid under the provisions of this Act shall be paid by the operator to the Taxation Officer on or before such date, and in such manner as may be prescribed.
