Section 12(3) in Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008
(3)The Vice-chancellor shall have power to convene meetings of the Board of Management, the Academic Council and joint meeting of faculties and such other authorities of the university of which he is the Chairman. He may delegate this power to any other officer of the university.
