After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, while referring to the observations made by the respondents in 2 OA.No.170/00301/2022/CAT/BANGALORE their order dated 01.11.2021, stated that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present Original Application with liberty to pursue her remedies before the authorities concerned.
