Section 25(3) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959
(3)If female employees are employed, separate washing facilities shall be provided and so enclosed or screened that the interiors are not visible from any place where males work or pass. The entrance to such facilities shall bear conspicuous notice in the language understood by the majority of the employees 'For Women only'. The notice shall also bear the picture of a woman.
