Section 24(10) in The U.P. Private Forests Rules, 1950
(10)A fee of one rupee shall be payable for each registration and a certificate showing the mark registered, the period for which it holds good, and acknowledging payment of the fee, shall be given to every person at whose instance the mark is registered.
