Section 2(3)(d) in The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Staff of Department of Technical Education) Act, 2012

(d)"College or Institution of Department of Technical Education" means,-
(i)"Government Engineering College" belonging to Government coming under purview of the Department of Technical Education;
(ii)"Government Polytechnic" belonging to Government coming under purview of the Department of Technical Education;
(iii)"Government Junior Technical School" belonging to Government coming under purview of the Department of Technical Education.
