Section 13(1) in Meghalaya Regulation of the Game of Arrow Shooting and the Sale of Teer Tickets Act, 2018
(1)Any breach of the conditions and restrictions imposed by this Act or as may be prescribed under the Rules made thereunder shall result in levy of penalty as provided hereunder, subject to the condition that opportunity of being heard should be accorded to the licensee or permit holder.
