(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by this Statutes.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
