Section 18 in The Jammu and Kashmir Heritage Conservation and Preservation Act, 2010
18. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder.
