(1)The State Government may authorize the Gram Panchayats in Rural areas and Municipal Corporation/Nagar Palika/Nagar Parishad in urban areas, for conducting social audit of the schemes mentioned in the Act.(2)The State Government may issue guideline in respect of specifying procedure for social audit.
