ORDER
Delivered by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash, VII, Member (J) Shri Om Prakash Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents are present.
2. Vide order dated 24.09.2021 passed in O.A./720/2021, direction was given to the opposite parties/respondents to decide the representation moved by the petitioner on 18.01.2021 said to be pending before them. Perusal of the compliance affidavit reveals that reasoned and speaking order has been passed by the respondents on 05.05.2022 considering the claim of the petitioner.
3. If such is the position, representation has been decided and there is no occasion to proceed with the present contempt petition.
