(3)Assistant State Transport Commissioner (Technical) and State Inspector of Vehicles-(a)Dealing with and advice on all technical matters relating to motor vehicles.(b)Dealing with reports of the Inspectors of Motor Vehicles on vehicles, inspection etc.(c)Dealing with matters relating to vehicles belonging to the Transport Department.(d)Functions as Inspector of Motor Vehicles under Rules, 51, 52 and 54.
