11. Over-payment or irregular payments, etc.
- If any over payments are made, the amounts so over paid shall be adjusted in the subsequent payment or recovered under the Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 (Tamil Nadu Act II of 1864), an if any irregular payments are made, such payments shall also be adjusted or recovered, as the case may be, in the same manner.
