Section 173(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)The Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer or the other agency, as the case may be, may, on receiving an application, in writing, specifying the purpose for which the supply of water is required and the quantity which is likely to be consumed, supply water for any purpose other than domestic purpose, on such terms and conditions, including the condition of withdrawal of water, as may be determined by regulations.
